  • This is literally the WORST ARITZIA LOCATION EVER. I shop at Aritzia quite a bit, as I absolutely love everything. I usually shop at the Vaughan Mills location because the girls that work there are super knowledgable and friendly and they always have a good size range in stock. This particular location however, has the absolute worst staff. I was there just today for clientele sale - which was literally pure chaos and such disorganization. I have never seen anything like it (except maybe during a boxing day sale). I asked one of the sales associates for help (I had to approach her as NOBODY approached me - even with items in my hand, in which case the associates are usually aggressively all over me) and asked for specific items, and when I asked for a certain style the girl was flat out "I don't know what that is." My friend who I was with also said that nobody was helping her either, even with multiple items in her hand and she was clearly looking for help. The staff here just overall seems fairly clueless in terms of product knowledge and customer service. Super unfriendly, poor communication skills and to top it off, didn't even know the merchandise. And then when I finally did find the items I was looking for (with no help of any of the many sales associates, of course) there were of course, NONE in my size. Larges and XXS's. So frustrating. I will NEVER shop at this location again. And I will never attend a clientele sale again. I would rather pay full price and have proper service than deal with this horrible experience.
