  • When we first moved moved to Cave Creek three years ago I came to this wonderful veterinarian and team based on great recommendations from neighbors. I was not disappointed then. Dr. Tom took very good care of our elderly poodle mix, Lammy. But she passed and it has been several years for us without a dog. We recently rescued a maltese/Yorkie who has anxiety issues and today was our first "visit". Alvin greeted me with a warm "welcome back" and promptly updated information and verified the medical history of our new dog. He then introduced Garrett, the vet tech, who was very patient and understanding of my dog's anxiety. We then met with Dr. Tom. He put me at ease and even though I had to put a muzzle on my dog to keep her from snapping out of fear, Dr. Tom assured me that in time she would get more familiar with the surroundings with each visit. Both Dr. Tom and Garrett were very kind and gentle with "Chanel". I am very happy to be back with this top notch team and highly recommend them!
