  • Although the groomer, Debbie has been very good I can no longer tolerate the poor business practice of Armsful of Love. Three strikes were given but I will now take my dogs somewhere else I can not tolerate making an appointment and then having them keep my dog for 5 to 6 hours. Even though I have had this discussion before it continued to happen even though I stopped bringing in both dogs at the same time at their request to speed matters up The final straw was trying to make an appointment with Debbie and being told she had no openings. I appreciated that and took an opening with another person. I was on time but had not heard back after 3 hours. I was then told it would be the end of the day which would be another 2 to 3 hours. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Went to get dog and found she was primarily done except for some of the more difficult areas. Debbie took over. If you are satisfied with dropping your dog off for 6 hours this may be ok with you. Unfortunately with me it wasn't planned or expected. No more. Keep in mind this happened to me 3 different times.
