| - The owner is extremely arrogant and assumes that he has done everything right. I had contacted him via his website with a Groupon. He emailed me back with a date, but he made no mention about timing. He ASSUMED that he had discussed timing with me on the phone (clearly, he got me mixed up with someone else, as he never called me on the phone). For about 2 weeks, I tried contacting him repeatedly about an appointment time via phone calls/text/emails, as I had other appointments that day, and I needed to make arrangements for when the window cleaners might arrive. Once I contacted Groupon, only then did he actually contact me. He acknowledged that he had ignored my phone calls and efforts to get more information about timing. What business owner ignores a customer?? All I needed was a simple answer back. However, that was too much trouble for him. So inconsiderate. PS--not sure why the other 2 reviews of his business are filtered--but after reading those, I am glad that he didn't come. Sounds like other people have experienced his inexcusably poor customer service too. I posted similar complaints on BBB so that other customers could be warned or at least know this is the business owner's MO (without a cheap Groupon, who knows how many people would continue with this business). He felt that my complaints were being vindictive. I have no reason to be vindictive. I do not know this man. I just do not know of any other business that operates this way and ignores customer's phone calls. Clearly, it's always someone else's fault, he's the victim, and everyone else is wrong. A simple call back or at least an APOLOGY would have worked. Hopefully, he can improve his attitude so that he can get some good yelp reviews.
