| - Avoid this place...do yourself a favor....run to another establishment...now...seriously...7/11/17, Tuesday afternoon, waiting on the to go line for at least 11minutes.
Then, a team member states she will notify the front that I'm waiting to place my order. Well, honestly, I don't think that happened because I took the initiative to go to the front team members and indicate that I'd like to place a to go order. She gives me a menu that indicates dim sum associated with letters. Then, I ask what do these letters indicate? After, she hands me another menu with pictures and numbers. I ask her how does this work? Then, I asked the other lady at the front how do I know how much the dim sum with the numbers cost? She indicates that the menu with the dim sum and letters are invalid. So, the menu with the pics and numbers, how do I know how much the items cost? She mentions oh just ask me.
What? In other words, you could rip me off with no basis?
Total wait time + ordering + verifying the menu, prices, etc. = ~45min.
With that said, I highly recommend a revised dim sum menu with correct prices displayed for the customers' and establishments' maximum efficiency, time, ease, respect, and ethics in food service management.
Plus, I recommend more staff training accommodating those waiting to dine in, to go, and pay their bill because after observing this establishment while waiting for to go service, it seemed like there was a lack of communication between team members that was very obvious, no team work, and lack of organization.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the general manager, staff, and anyone involved in running this establishment to review training in customer service, food service management 101, and menu development.
