I used to live in Green Valley and there was a great AYCE place on GVP and Pebble. It's closed now. I found that out the hard way many many moons ago. We used that place as a crutch and were afraid to try a new place (for fear it would not live up to the old place standards).
I had passed Oyshi many times running errands and after driving back to the Southwest area of town, broken hearted about the closure of our "comfort zone" sushi venue, we decided to go to Oyshi and give it a try.
I am happy to report that we were very satisfied and have been back MANY times.
Recommendations
1. Do the AYCE. We've calculated MANY times what our meal would have cost with out AYCE and we always come up winners.
2. Don't go on Friday or Saturday nights if you are starving and just can't wait. It's busy, and that should say quite a bit about the quality. I don't mind the crowd or the wait, but sometimes my stomach wishes we had gotten there a little earlier.

1. House music in the background
2. TVs behind the sushi bar for the sports fans.
3. Ample bar seating - we ALWAYS sit at the bar
4. Extensive menu
5. Chef willing to let you make up your own rolls :)
We try to hit up Oyshi once a month or more if the Sushi cravings are just to hard to resist. I highly recommend. Yum (salivating as I write this)
