  • I went in to get a new cabin air filter at the suggestion of my mechanic. I didn't even no where to find the air filter until the mechanic showed me how easy it was to access. This was my first time entering an auto parts store to fix something myself, even something as easy as a cabin air filter. The AutoZone rep looked up the type of air filter I needed, looked at my engine to determine the type, got the part, put it in the plastic insert, and checked me out. All judgement free. I'd go go back confident that the AutoZone reps will help me out.
