I bought a groupon for 3 oil changes at Henderson Nissan and both times waited for about 2 1/2 hours. For an oil change. On my first visit, the service guy made it seem like an inconvenience that he had to process my order. And then after 2 hrs, when I was getting irritated and asked about it, he acted like It was unreasonable to ask at all. My 2nd visit, which was today, was even better. Every place I've ever had my oil changed had always let me know If there were any issues. If I wouldn't have glanced over the papers later I wouldn't have known that my battery needed replacement and it would've just died somewhere. I went and had the battery replaced today. If they would've said something to me there I would have bought one from them in the spot. Poor customer service leads to poor reviews AND missed sales. I will say that my rep John was nice and at least apologized for the wait. I have 1 oil change left. I'm not sure I'll even go there and use it. More trouble than it's worth.
