  • This is undisputedly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Dirty, dusty, smelly, why is this place even 3 stars? The courtesy shuttle was given wrong information and he couldn't find me, 44 minutes after he finds me the poor man was super cranky. Check in was quick, elevators function but once i exit the elevator,a musky Smokey smell hit me and my hopes for a nice stay begin to diminish. My room was stuffy, an engineer came out to look at it, the screen on the window was damaged, the carpet was dirty, bathroom door looked destroyed, rusty tub fixtures and awful paint job on bathroom walls, dirty toilet, internet down. I immediately looked into other options, i tried sleeping while standing, u know..mummy style but couldn't. Called around for a nearby clean room and the Marriott took me in at midnight! My key also didn't work and had to be reprogrammed 3 x! I was told it can be demagnetized by contact with a cell phone. Please reconsider your stay here. Look at the pics, note-the dirty toilet upon arrival. it's not a pleasant place. You deserve better! As did i...
