  • Stay away! On 3/8/18, I contracted over the telephone with "Sincere" to move my 99 year old mother from a 1 room assisted care facility to a new facility 6 miles down the road. I live in CA she in AZ so I couldn't be there. Sincere guaranteed he would take care of things and make sure her clothes, etc. were put away--he quoted $269 & I was willing to tip significantly larger when the work was done. The move took place on Tue. 3/11. Sincere did not show up he the sent 2 people who didn't know what they were doing - they left 1/3 of her belongings behind. I had to pay an individual $65 to go pick up the left behind belongings. My mother was transported separately by a medical service van. We arranged for her to use her CC in payment. These people who did not complete the move took advantage of her by charging her $439 -- $170 more and they didn't even complete the job. My subsequent phone conversation with Sincere was that he would send a couple of dinner tickets to offset problems they created. Here it is a month later and still waiting........
