  • Bad business. This company totally ripped me off for $105, after I decided I wasn't going to move into an apartment my daughter and I were approved for. Then they (Traci) lied and said she gave me a price sheet that stated ADMIN FEES were nonrefundable, & that I signed something that said ADMIN FEES were nonrefundable IF APPROVED. Traci NEVER gave me a price sheet, and the only paperwork I signed gave a break down of all the additional fees, but did not say ADMIN FEES were nonrefundable if application was approved. So, I went into this thinking only the application fees of $45 each (my daughter & myself) would have been the total in nonrefunable fees, and all of a sudden I'm ripped off for $105. Very bad and shady business!!!
