  • Our 10 year old AC died and we needed a new unit. We called Black Mountain Air and received nothing but professional, polite and on the ball service. Shannon returned our calls, was pleasant and knowledgeable. Todd came out and was friendly as he did his assessment to give us an estimate. Black Mountain was lower than the other company we had contacted, and they could do the work this week - in fact, did it 2 days later. The crew who came out today were friendly, professional, clean, polite and in 5 hours our old units were removed and the new units were installed -- as we got both the AC and Furnace replaced. You won't be disappointed with Black Mountain Air. This is an A+++++ company.
