DISHONEST!
I came in knowing what I needed to fix my oven, and after showing them pictures of small terminals I needed (~$5 for a pack of 10) they convinced me that would not solve my problem and insisted I needed to buy an entire coil assembly. I figured why not buy it and test my current coil against the new one with a multimeter to rule out that as a problem, these guys seemed like they knew what they were talking about. I walked out spending $80 on a coil. Turns out my coil was just fine and as I expected i just needed to replace the terminal, so I thought I'd come back and return the part (I'm used to dealing with customer service like costco). So I was shocked after I came back and the guy refused to take the part back, even after he told me "if it doesn't work out come on back and we'll take care of you." He pointed to a small faded sign on the wall and tiny print on the receipt that said no returns. I was extremely disappointed since I like supporting local business, but I want to warn everyone that THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD INTENTIONS. I'll NEVER consider going back.
