  • I had posted a pretty negative review concerning the customer service here, as well as a list of unfortunate circumstances. However, the General Manager (Katy Powers) was very responsive and gracious. In light of this, I have removed the laundry list. Is this place beautiful? Absolutely. Would I stay here again? Not sure. I would however, consider it. If you are planning a large party here, that part of the stay was excellent. I will end things there, as I too would like to be gracious.
