  • I have thought for a long time before leaving this review, here is my experience. On 7/18/2016 I called them to replace cushions in my living room sofa set. they needed $420 deposit which was fine. I paid and waited for them to come pick it up. few days later they come pick it up and within one day they called me it is ready. My parents were home so i left a check $275 for them. They gave them access and they delivered 07/29/2016. . I got home in the evening and i found out that the cushions were different. I had ordered regular firmness. 2 came firm, 2 came soft/regular and one i believe they left the old one in. the left side of the sofa didn't have any support in it. I called them immediately and i notified them it is unacceptable. They said they would call me back. Few days passed and no one called, i called again and again they said the owner is not here and they would call me back. Few weeks had passed with no response from them. After multiple phone calls to their office, i still got no response. they simply didn't pick up sometimes. Finally a nice gentleman who works there called me and said he was in the area if he can stop by to check them out. He did and agreed with me the repair needed to be redone. he said they would call me back. Again couple of weeks passed and nothing, so i called again and they made an appointment to pick them up. The day of the appointment they sent me an email the car broke down and they would call me back. again couple more weeks and nothing. So i call back and finally they come to pick them up. I asked them to leave the 2 firms ones and replace the 2 soft/regular ones with firm and repair the one with no support. The next thing i know they send me pictures of the sofa wood frame broken from inside. I have no idea how it broke the thing didn't have support the day i received it from them. They blamed it on me that the owner said "someone jumped on the sofa" (i have no kids) and charged me $150 to repair. Now i am $845 in it and we are now 09/09/2016 8 weeks after they received my first payment. The owner brought it back and i tried to explain to him my frustration with the whole process and he should have called me back after the many phone calls. His reply was "the office should be able to handle stuff like that". their office acknowledged the mess up by putting different cushions in it but the owner had nothing to say and didn't try to do any service recovery. I took one star off for poor initial service I took one star off for poor communication I took one star off for poor customer service I decided to do 2 stars instead of one cause they finally did it right and they granted my request to have all cushions firm.
