  • Hanging a "Customer Service" sign over the cash registers does not magically transform your cashiers into a Customer Service department. So imagine my dismay when I went to "Customer Service" to inquire about fitting rooms because I couldn't find any sales associates on the floor and still had to wait for 2 groups before me to checkout.
