I'd give it one star, but I should've realized it would be hard to find 'French' cuisine in the Southwest. What I got served doesn't qualify as 'French'. The place is cramped and the seating is ill inspired, to say the least. In order to make room for more seats, table space is sacrificed, along with enough elbow room to fit a regular-sized individual. Romantic? Don't think so, unless your idea of romance is sharing a 12X15 room with about 20 other diners. If so, you should look into a bistro, and pay bistro prices. I don't recommend this to anyone looking for either a meal, or a deal. Good luck with the parking!
