While entering the store I explained that my phone had locked up. I was met by a dark haired woman with facial jewelry and told they could not help me. When I asked what were my options she said " You could use it for an expensive paper weight", I was shocked by her comment, At that time a gentleman co-worker asked if he could help and he directed me to the Apple store who did fix my problem. I was angered by Verizon's front door customer service. The solution should be extra customer service education or termination for this employee. When my contract is up I will switch carriers because of this rude behavior.
