| - I was always quietly horrified by the idea of a fitness bootcamp (picture those 2 words done in the style of a classic monster movie). I used to run, but I never pushed myself enough and was inconsistent and frustrated. I needed something else. I knew that I wouldn't know what I was doing if I got a big box gym membership, but I was running short on ideas. Right about then, I saw a Facebook add for the Transformation Center and a 21-day challenge. Next thing I knew, I was participating in the challenge and, most shocking of all, I liked it. No, put on the brakes here, you don't understand: I...liked...it! Me, the person who dreaded working out! In all seriousness, this gym has the most awesome supportive community. You lose the newbie awkwardness in a hurry and you make friends too. The trainers are very knowledgeable and quick to help you with your form. They identify newbies with an orange bracelet so you get extra help if you need it. The workouts are always different and you get a thorough workout for all muscle groups. Since I started, I've lost weight and seen an improvement in my energy level. I feel stronger too. When I have a crazy day at work, a workout is great stress relief. For me, this gym has been more of a change in lifestyle than anything else and this chicky can't wait to go back again. Thank you Transformation Center!
