I was waiting over 15 mins in the drive thru go get a Ice Black Tea on a day where it was slow. I approach the order taking window and the lady is chatting with coworkers not paying attention to the window then rudely says hold on. As I finally approach the other window the girl was rude and never apologized for the wait. This place just opened every single employee should be extra courteousness and friendly to attract customers. I love Starbucks because of the people and the product. The people make up 50% so if 50% is missing then that store is operating at 50%. I'd rather travel far then go here again.
