  • Gianna, the "shift lead," was so rude! First of all, there was a line around the building for the drive-thru, so we went inside. Gianna was rude to her co-worker and loudly commented her disgusted to her, while we were inside. We ordered 6 desserts and went to sit and wait for them, and Gianna tells us, the lobby is closed. After quite a few minutes, one by one the desserts came out. When we all received our desserts, Gianna came over to tell us, we were welcome to sit outside. When we told her, we would leave when we were done, she yelled to her co-worker that she couldn't clean the tables while we were there, and proceeded to throw the rag and slam the spray bottle on the table and stomp away. This immature behavior from Gianna is absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing for such a well established company. I hope that the real management at this business takes action.
