I've been here before and the service was quick and easy at the MVD station. I went in yesterday, August 24th just before 2pm for MVD service. There was one person ahead of me and we both sat in the lobby for some time waiting to be called. The lady behind the counter was on the phone, was it a personal phone call? Or do we now do MVD services over the phone? IDK! What it seems like from a customers point of view, a personal phone call! Someone should of came over to help the customers waiting instead of the customer waiting for her to get off the phone. I should of just walked across the street to the MVD department, I probably would of waited the same amount of time there too.
