| - Price and selection was all enough as was the buying process; but everything after straight pissed me off.
Bought a sofa, and it had to be shipped from CA. Fine enough. Was told by the sales person that it would be delivered that Saturday (4 days). Bit of a wait, but c'est la vie. That Saturday, called up to see what time it would be delivered, and was pretty surprised to discover that it won't even arrive at the store for another week (the following Saturday, 11 days from purchase date). Bit miffed, but things happen. Was instructed that I would recieve a call as soon as the sofa arrived in store, and then would schedule delivery.
Following Saturday... Sofa time!!! Super stoked!!!! Waited until about 3:30pm, then figured it's getting a little late... So I give them a call. Yay, my sofa had arrived! No, it won't ship today! Or tomorrow! But Monday! Because they don't do deliveries in the weekend! Which is completely contradictory to what the sales person told me! :D
Update: called up the previously mentioned Monday to find out what time they would arrive, and there's no record apparently of my scheduled delivery. Penciled me in for Wednesday now. That two star became a one.
F*ck me, right? Holy sh*t this store sucks.
Just to satisfy my own curiosity, I asked when the sofa arrived in store. It got there Thursday. Thanks for the call.
I just f*cking hate being misled or lied to. If your ordering product that is in store you might be fine. Otherwise be really, really, really f*cking patient.
