Bad Experience
Repair took almost 3 weeks. Mis-diagnosed the problem twice. They had to replace my fuel tank which they damaged. Finally got it right on third try. Turns out it is a chronic problem for Chrysler and there is a class action lawsuit pending regarding the part. Considering this I would have thought they would get the diagnosis right first time. Service Manager said there would be no charge for all my troubles, changed his mind when I picked it up. What I ended up paying was probably about right for the actual part that needed replacing. On the upside they were honest about their mistakes and loaned a car. When the vehicle was picked up it was raining so I did not notice the dent in my hood that occurred while at their shop. I'll eat the dent to avoid going back to these jokers.
Discussed issues with manager, satisfied with corrective action.
