  • I no longer use bank of America and yet they are soliciting my business. That's normal you may think, but listen up. I received personal banking info of a Bank of America customer in my post office box for years. I opened one by mistake but lucky for that person, I'm honest. I took the mail to Bank of America and told them about the problem. I spent much personal time on many occasions to bring it to their attention. Months and months pass by and I still received the bank statements. I finally contacted the head departments at Bank of America, and no, the bank statements that belonged to another person did not stop coming to me, but NOW I started receiving marketing mail to get my business. I had to close down the P.O.Box to solve issue. Hope the next person that gets these bank statements is honest as well. There is enough fraud, don't need a bank making it so darn easy with other peoples personal banking info floating around and they don't care!
