| - Our family has been to Echo & Rig a handful of times over the year and a half we have lived in Las Vegas, and it truly never disappoints. We are always torn between going with the tried and true classics and favorites, or branching out and exploring more of their menu. First off, their location is great, area is upscale. The decor and furniture are modern and elegant without screaming 'fancy.' The staff ALWAYS impresses. The ladies at the front are always courteous, and we always appreciate them asking if we're celebrating anything special, etc. They also seem to remember if we've been there before, which is a nice, familial touch. The GM has always made a noticeable effort to make their rounds to their guests at some point during the meal, and it leaves us with a pleasant impression each time - that we truly are valued guests.
A quick note on the bathrooms - beautiful, marbled, clean. They add in their own hand scrub (I believe it's a salt scrub but please don't quote me on that) that leaves your hands absolutely baby's butt smooth and exfoliated.
Our tried-and-true dishes have always been the burger and their portobello mushroom fries with aioli. Our 4 year-old daughter joined us once and they even accommodated her with a cheeseburger and shoestring fries (which *I* wanted a plate to myself, they were so good). We have brought many out of town guests who have had everything from the sandwiches to the steaks to the salads - everyone had nothing but positive, glowing remarks about their meals. The dinner service is spot-on: your beverage glass will never go empty, and the servers are genuinely doing anything they can to make your experience better.
Highly recommend, and I intend to be dining here for years to come!
