I agreed with the previous Yelper. Im a big fan of Ulta. You should see my collection of makeup. I'm an addict for sure. I didn't quite care for the customer service there. It's a hit or miss. First time there, a rep greeted me and I ask if she can show me where Too Faced Melted Lipstick. I wanted a specific color. They were out. She seem annoyed now that she have to look thru inventory and can't really suggest a dupe. Or suggested anything else. After looking for a min or so. She said they were out and walked off. Well ok then.. 2nd visit was the same thing. They seem to give a good 1st impression but if you're asked for help.. They seem annoyed. So I don't bother them anymore when I go in there. I will find it myself. Lawd, I can't imagine if someone who actually needs some guidance.
