  • Dr. Troy Chang was my eye doctor well over 14 years ago, in an office I believe on Bonanza Rd, then moved to a Wal-Mart, and his wife Dr. Julie Chang took over that Optometry office and Dr. Troy opened up a separate one. They now have two separate offices, and I will follow Dr. Julie Chang or Dr. Troy Chang wherever they go. Dr. Julie has been my main Dr. and I refuse to use any other, she is absolutely the sweetest person ever and always is so welcoming. Her receptionist/assistant (I believe her name is also Julie) is also the sweetest and has been with Dr. Julie since I can remember. Also not to mention Dr. Julie is bilingual which was very helpful when I was a child due to my moms language barrier. 14 years later, and looking forward to my next apt that I need to schedule (most of the times I call morning of.) I couldn't brag more about how awesome they are, if I could I would give them 10+ stars.
