  • There are many solid Italian restaurants in Vegas, this is not one of them. The restaurant under delivered with respect to both food and service. Having ordered their tasting menu, the sign that things were wrong, when hot appetizers came out faintly warm at best. There are many things I could point to that made this an unenjoyable dining experience but the risotto was the bad highlight of the evening. I received half cooked rice grains for my risotto, when letting the waiter know, he proceeded to explain to me that it was Al Dente, and perhaps it was not to my liking. I know Al Dente, I did not need a server to passing off uncooked rice as Al Dente. For a close to $500 dining bill for two, your money is better spent at other establishments.
