After posting my review regarding about my recent visit on February 14 Dan W. which is Rachel replied to my comment and apologize about my recent visit although she decided to handle my criticism of her work unprofessional. On my previous review I just described about my nails that she did and I believe Rachel took it as an insult instead of owning up to it and use my recent experience to improve her customer service and improve the way she does nails. But instead she decides to call me rude and saying what I said was all wrong when clearly I'm just stating the facts about her work on how it's so not nicely done and how she should improve it.
Regarding about my nails I do understand that they are short although regardless if a customer has short or long nails you should always file it to keep the nails align but instead I have to tell Rachel to file my nails instead of her doing it and mind you I also got a manicure from her so it should be mandatory for her to file it regardless if it was short or long!! This shouldn't be hard since all you do is file the nails to make it even with or without acrylic. Although I guess for Rachel it is difficult for her since my short nails was short enough for her but it should always be ALIGN!
For the cuticles yes you did soak it in the water and so that it's easier for you to take out my cuticles but why is it that there's still a lot of it left if you did spend A lot of time on it? It seems like I needed a fill again because of this.
I understand that you have to wait for me because I stepped aside since I was coughing way too and I do thank you for that.
Lastly, Telling your customer "ME" to think harder before writing a review shows how much you can handle constructive criticism which the way you handle it Rachel is so unprofessional and instead of you owning up to your own mistakes, apologizing and using this criticism that a customer gave you to improve more you can't even handle it which is pretty sad it not only ruins you but also your nail salon and your other co workers because of your attitude to this.
I understand that you want to get customers and more tips but how are you going to improve from this if you can't even adapt through it and change the way you do nails from this review and learn from your previews mistakes. Maybe if you could've done better then this review wouldn't be at yelp at all.
The way you treat your customer is a representation of what your business values. Having a good aspect of customer service and having a good and friendly staff is a major key to having a successful business although when one is lacking it could go downhill . With this experience that I just had and the way Rachel replied at my review I will never come back to this place unfortunately . I will tell everyone that I know to not come here because of this.
