  • My mother took her car there and had Tim as an advisor. Tim quoted her $880 for the job and she asked him to discuss it with me so he did. After talking with Tim i suggested my mother get a 2nd opinion. She called Tim in the am and told Tim that she was going to get a 2nd opinion and he said " well let me see what i can do about the price" and dropped the price $130. He said he called a different supplier and it was cheaper. I called him and questioned his honesty with my mother and said we'll come by and pick it up for a 2nd opinion. He was obviously not happy and offered for me to come and see the leak myself which i wasnt able or did i want to do and he hung up on me. We got a 2nd opinion at fletchers and it was $580 on the first try. I am very dissatisfied with these crooks and will never go there again. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of an elderly lady.
