Service department is terrible. Everytime I go in for an oil change, I'm asked if I have an appointment. Everytime I call to schedule an appointment they say "just come in". After always waiting at least an hour for an oil change, I decided to schedule an appointment. Upon attempting to schedule an appointment I was told they do not accept appointments. I looked at their web site and right on the home page is a link to "schedule service appointments". This is how they treat customers face-to-face, I can't imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I've bought two cars and have all scheduled maintenance performed here. After six years, I now have to ask myself "why do I keep going back?"
