We have been members for a while now and I'm irritated with the lack of customer service I have filled out a survey inside and have email corporate from the main site and nobody has responded to me.
Clean the glass around the stairs to upstairs banisters and the workout studios, nobody cleans the glass, there is the same marks /spatter /hand prints on the glass for months and months now if you cant clean the glass in your gym it makes me question if you clean the equipment.
It's disgusting.
And also we got our membership in large part to utilize the indoor pool which is now not open between the hours of 12 in the afternoon and 6 p.m. rendering it useless for anyone with a child under the age of 12
