I really try to avoid this location and drive twice as far to another location. Once in a while after waiting a few months I'll give it another go and leave with the same thoughts. It must be the owner/management. The people are soooo sloooow and confused at the best of times. They don't smile and struggle to do their job. They have messed my order up so many times over the years in the drive thru. They are very happy to resolve it over the phone, what a pain. They can barley handle regular orders with no special requests. While waiting for my food (long time) we notice how confused they were with the mix of people trying to make orders and ones that already ordered using the self serve.
