  • The staff is very rude and unprofessional.... When asked over the phone do they accept a certain insurance. they said yes they did. when we arrived and front lady with a rude tone said, "no we don't take this insurance". after we called ahead and asked if you did.... My mother was very upset and they made us feel unimportant,.... instead of saying sorry for misunderstanding. we are treated horrible like low class people.
