  • Alex Carter came yesterday and sprayed the outside of our house and did a good job. He went above and beyond for customer service. I give him a five star rating for service and rate the company three stars because in the months pasts, I didn't have the service completed on the day it was suppose to happen, or they showed up late like an hour late 2 other times. I can see maybe one time running behind, but a couple times that was an inconvenience on my time with a schedule to maintain. Hopefully the service gets better, otherwise I don't plan on renewing the service and will try another pest control company, or just go back to spraying myself.
