  • MaidPro is hit or miss for me. We have been using them for months now and sometimes they are good and other times not so much. We absolutely love Elighia(sp?). She was our first housekeeper and she still comes every so often. She is amazing!!! Very detailed and personable. If I could get her every time it would be a 5 Star review. However we don't get her every time. One visit we will get a new team that doesn't do the fans or baseboards and the next week they don't vacuum. Very inconsistent. We can say everyone has been very nice. If you have a problem with your clean Matt will reschedule someone out without hesitation. They come and do an initial what do you want done assessment but no one seems to stick to it. I will say some of the inconsistency is because we are on a every 3 week schedule and I imagine it is hard to schedule the same team for our house not being on even weeks. They are still our cleaning service and we are satisfied with the cleans most of time. Wish there was more consistency with the cleans.
