  • My dog was viscously attacked by a loose dog and required immediate care. We took him here and everything they did for us was amazing. He needed surgery to repair his wounds and they did everything right away. When your pets are family things like this are extremely traumatizing for you and the pet but they made everything easier and were clear on what they were doing, what was needed and what was expected of us after surgery. They made it the utmost priority that our dog was not in any pain post surgery and that we had everything we needed so that he was the most comfortable he could be at all times. This incident happened at a busy time in our life as we were traveling out of town just days after surgery and we didn't feel comfortable leaving him with anyone else but them. So he was kenneled here post surgery as well for a week and he was taken care of 100% of the time. They did doctor exams, wound cleaning and made sure he was medicated and comfortable. They called us multiple times to check in and even suggest or offer other services to make sure his recovery was the best it could be. Our dog Ash came home happy and healthy and I wouldn't trust anyone else but them for his care. Since being at this clinic so often while our dog was being treated I had witnessed several rude and impatient customers. The staff members handled the customers with class and professionalism. This clinic is BUSY. Every one of the staff members is personal and professional. Since we dealt with home owners insurance in this situation they provided us with everything we needed without hesitation. Our other dog Dallas was seen here for an ear infection and once treated it cleared up in a week! I would highly recommend anyone to this clinic!
