It took me a long time to try Orange Theory as I figured it was for people who didn't really know how to work out on their own (that's what happens when you make assumptions! They're usually wrong!). I ended up giving it a shot at the suggestion of a friend in a run group and I'm so glad I did. When it comes to cardio, I only really push myself so far when alone. In Orange Theory classes, I can pretty much shut my mind off and let the coaches be who pushes me. I have found a few who I think I do best with, but even the ones I didn't find to be my favorite were still clearly good coaches, just with different styles.
This location is super clean and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.
I have tried one other location so far and while that one was also nice, I noticed then that the equipment at this location (Grand Canyon) must be brand new because the treadmills here are so much better than they were at the other location.
Anywhere that has a free trial workout (and they do), I say, you should give a shot. They aren't going to use any high-pressure sales methods to try to get you to sign up, so my advice is - why not!?
