  • Worst real estate company to work for! Please read other reviews and know that Betty Chan is the worst person to deal with. We let her know within the hour hat we were coming to drop off our application and she told us to come down. It was 2pm and the doors were locked when office hours closed at 5pm. She told me to throw it in a hole in the door where multiple other papers had piled up. When I called she said she would get to it when she got back to her office and would call us and get back to us, not to call her. After not hearing back from her EVER we tried multiple times to call and communicate and she never answered/returned any of our calls. Our realtor tried multiple times as well. The few times we were able to reach out she brushed us off and was always too busy to know what we were talking about and what was going on. She told us we were approved and would call us by the end of the day, but once again never heard a word back. Called back the next day and she threatened our realtor saying "that if we continued to bother her, she would deny our application". Even though she had already told us a different story. Nobody go to this lady she is completely unprofessional and terrible!
