  • The receptionist obviously doesn't know what she's doing. I had absolute shit service and honestly, I don't usually get bothered with shitty attitude but this was my health in jeopardy and they wouldn't give me my results that they said they would give out a week ago??? They want me to wait another 3 days for the results, even though the Toronto Public Health devices told me AND THEM to get the results ASAP. Logic right?
