  • I can't find the words to describe how unprofessional this company is. I initially contacted Judy in August for a price to write a short letter to my grand daughter turning one in September. She quoted me a price and we moved forward. In September I had to contact her to determine if the letter was available for pick up. During our telephone conversation she tripled her price and tried to charge me a "set up" fee! Isn't calligraphy a free form writing technique?! Needless to say after a reluctant conversation she agreed to honor her verbal price quote. To this date I have had the run around by phone, telephone messages, emails etc. To date, I have not received the letter. What a sheme!
