  • Last Saturday had my car towed twice by this company. Visiting AZ and though I had a battery that died because of heat. Had car towed to Oreilly's Auto Part located at 2925 N. Scottsdale Road. Moses (not spelled correctly) was the person that picked up car and towed. He was profession, kind and very helpful. This company was more reasonable priced compared to other tow companies. Unfortunately, my car required a second tow because the battery was ok. Moses came back within a few minutes and we went to Ron Fessel Automotive LLC located at 903 N. Miller Rd Suite B in Tempe, AZ. I required a new starter. All three AZ businesses were excellent. Honest, helpful and customer focused. Made a bad day better to deal with. My experience is jaded as a female when working with car repair problems, but this was such a positive experience I can't say enough nice things.
