  • Visiting my grandma out here in Arizona. We wanted to stop by for coffee and food. We saw a Dunkin Donuts and decided to grab something there because back in California everyone tells me it's a must have. Food and coffee was wonderful as I heard from others, but OMG the service was horrendous!!! The guy who took our order had no personality whatsoever. My family and I felt as if we were a nuisance to him. My dad ordered a combo which comes with coffee. Then the guy asked my dad if he wanted a coffee and my dad said yes I thought the combo came with a coffee. Then the man responded as if my dad was dumb "Oh well you didn't ask for a coffee." Hopefully I'll experience better service when I try again back in Cali.
