Psycle is great. They have classes for beginners or people who need a shorter, less intense ride. They incorporate some upper body exercises into the workouts, so it's not just legwork and calorie burn. It's way better than the spinning classes I've taken at area gyms. It's pretty clean, and there's a great sense of community. Everyone always seems willing to help each other and make sure newcomers feel welcome. It is a little pricey, but if you buy a seasonal package or a 20-class pack, the cost is really reasonable. All that being said... it can be a little new-agey for me. If I wanted to take a yoga class, I would... I just want to burn a bunch of calories and get a good workout. I get why other people like it, it's just not my thing. It's not so overwhelming as to be distracting, I'm just not into it.
