On a 30 min layover I stopped in to get a steak (10/29 around 6pm). The staff was arguing because they couldn't figure out how to make a baked potato. I waited over 15 minutes for a Great Steak and fries. I had to leave and when I asked for a refund the woman at the register informed me that she could not do refunds without a manager around and the manager was not there. I told he to give me cash and she said she couldn't. I was so pissed off I walked away. I believe that this is the worst operated airport fast food joint in all of the US. Great Steak Company, the franchise owner and the manager should all be ashamed of this location. It was slow, dirty, unkempt and gross.
