  • I was very excited to call the counter top center and get an estimate after I had read the reviews. We called the business to schedule an estimate and it took a few days for the business to call back and schedule. We figured they must be busy so we were patient. They came out the end of last week for an estimate but never gave us an estimate. They advised that they would email us the figures and guess what we had not received any figures. We even called giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the email address was wrong or written down incorrectly. Nope. The email address was correct and was verified by the receptionist. She politely advised someone would follow up on Monday... No follow up. It is a shame when you are willing to spend money with a business and you get the cold shoulder. I guess there are other businesses out there that would like to give estimates and complete jobs and make money. I would like to amend my review based on the owner of the company reaching out. Great customer service and professional demeanor! I have not completed the work but my review is based on the high level of professionalism and customer service that I received today! Thank you!
