I've stayed in quite a few places in Vegas. And this one left me a bit meh to be honest.
There's a pool. Which you can never get a chair for. I stayed here for 2 weeks. I didn't get a seat near the pool any of those days. Ever. Which meant that I ended up forking up a "resort fee" for something I never got to use because it was so packed out and the only time you could get a seat was after the sun went down and even then you only get a few hours before you get thrown out. And the thought of getting into the pool at the end of the day after a whole day of people & kids trooping in and out? Maybe not.
The pool area is packed out. The fact that they expect you to pay even more for an adults only area is just cheeky. I already paid $250 in resort fees. How much more money do they want for me to be able to enjoy what I'm paying for?
So if you're wanting to stay here for the pool? Don't. Choose a hotel along the strip where they have awesome pools that are huge and bigger areas for guests to be able to find a seat. Plus shade. The chairs at the GN do not have umbrella's. so unless you're also not adverse to sunburn then this is the place for you. If you're lucky enough to get a chair.
