Trying to set up my sister's new condo with Cox. Scheduled a week in advance and the Tech never showed. After waiting 4 hours called and found out (after being on hold forever) found out that Cox cancelled the installation. They told me they couldn't get a tech out until Tuesday so to try self install. after another 2 hours on the phone they said I needed a Tech and scheduled it for Tuesday with a 2 hour window. Today we waited and no Tech came. Yes, the is still no Internet. keep in mind my sister works from her home. I've never seen customer recovery handled so so badly. If a manager doesn't call me this evening, we will be switching to Century Link.
