I had a few recall/update letters from Ford cluttering up my counter, waiting until I was ready to leave the city for once to find a Ford dealership. I noticed that despite being across a bridge, this dealership was actually not that much of a trek to get to, and bonus--they offer pickup/dropoff service within 10 miles (provided it's not rush hour). Everyone I dealt with was very professional, from the assistants at the service desks to the gentleman who drove me home to the service member (Brian) who called me to give me updates on my car's progress.
Not only did the service team take care of the manufacturer issues in a timely fashion, but they also fixed an electronic issue with my USB port (no charge), and gave me a heads up that my inspection was due soon (and didn't try to sell me on them doing the inspection). I will happily take my car here for any future Ford-mandated fixes!
